Goals

The one thing of which I can be absolutely certain is that in the past I have failed to keep my new year’s resolutions because I tried to do too much at once. This only sets you up for failure. It’s ridiculous to believe you can take away all a person’s habits, vices, crutches, etc. all at once and expect them not to fail.

This time, I am NOT going to try to eat the elephant in one bite! I am going to take it little by little, one step at a time…
