Easy (and healthy) Ice Cream Sandwiches – 1 pt. WW

This recipe is obviously NOT sugar-free and is not one I’ll currently be enjoying. But if you’re craving sweets then this will fit the bill! It’s only 1 point for those of you who follow Weight Watchers…


  • 1 whole chocolate or plain graham cracker (broken into two squares)
  • 1 T. fat free Cool Whip

Simply spread the Cool Whip between the two squares of graham cracker and freeze until you’re ready to eat.
